Arnaud is French and was born in 1974. After graduating with a degree in Anglo-Saxon literature, civilization, linguistics, and translation theory from the University of Nantes, and obtaining a degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language from the University of Grenoble, he did his national service as a linguist for the French HQ, where he was in charge of translating military documents for the Staff.

He visited Europe and Asia before relocating to the Dominican Republic, where he worked as an in-house translator at a translation and globalization company based in the Dominican Republic for 14 months. He has been working as a freelance translator since November 2001, and lived in several South American countries before returning to France. He translates from English to French and specializes in the Internet, software (SAP, etc.), hardware, tourism, geopolitics, and literature.
