Galerie Hervé Lancelin is an art gallery in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, founded by Hervé Lancelin in 2014. Lancelin has been passionate about art for nearly 30 years and is one of the most important contemporary art collectors in Europe.
His programme aims to promote promising young artists and international artists who have already established a career.
In 2015, the gallery launched the Luxembourg Art Prize, which is awarded every year to an international visual artist, amateur or not, regardless of age. This prize offers a genuine springboard toward the professional art world. The winner is given their first solo exhibition in a leading art gallery, with support throughout the project, including a 25,000 EUR prize awarded by the gallery.
BeTranslated is in charge of translating the competition handbook and rules into 10 languages (English, German, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew and Arabic).
